Haha, well I've still registered for tickets even though the headliners so far are Jay-Z and Neil Diamond. To be honest there's so many other bands there that you can't really be annoyed by just that one.

As rapper's go I quite like him, I went to see him at the Albert hall just over a year ago. I wouldn't normally pay to watch a live rap artist because as a rule there f**k**g terrible. But he was brilliant. Some people might be surprised how good he is, if he uses live musicians (which he has before) it could be good!! I don't care for the 'look how much money I've got' or 'my guns is better than your gun'. Thats all nonsense. I enjoy watching talented people do what they do well. BUT, I can't see him walking round in a kagol and a blinged up pair of Welles? ? Michael Eavis is good in that sense, I watched Shirley Bassie last year (on the red button) and she was brilliant. He'll try anything which is one of the reasons Glastonbury has stayed the best festival to go to.

yer i think Jay Z is ok, live bands make eveything better. and that stuff he did with linkin park pushed the boundaries of rap n that. but personally Glastonbury isnt my cup of tea, what with all Heat magazine and OK! and Kate Moss jumping on the festival bandwagon, its become 'cool' to go. music is secondary at glastonbury for a large percentage of people these days i think

I thought it was the V festival were all the fakes and liggers went, not Glastonbury?? Kate Moss would turn up to the opening of a can of beans, especially if there were young nubile musicians there?

oh aye i agree there, its less and less about the music and more about the fashion and who's who at glastonbury - those celebrity huts that they can rent says it all really. at least eavis is fighting for it with the music, unlike V festival, which is ultimately dire

Pretty surprised about KOL tbh, would expect them to be other stage headliners, do like em tho, were great at Leeds last year
As for the verve, not renowned as a great live band, but have some decent tunes
Not really a great set of headliners, last year was much better IMO
Leonard Cohen and Neil Diamond have been announced as well

as big of a KOL fan that I am, i dont think they have the hits on a glastonbury scale to be able to do headline glasto n make it still as great as it would be on a smaller stage verve should be mint though, come on
