shame, thought monkeys fans were a bit more discerning than that. liam and the boys are nothing like milburn at all, and if you know fray none of his attitude is fake. he's confident in his own ability, nothing wrong with that in my opinion.
each to their own i guess, although some of the replies on there are just pathetic the way they write them off without knowing anything aobut them

i wouldn't say i love the monkeys but i do think they are very good. music's subjective at the end of the day, and anyone's free to like anyone or dislike anyone - i felt that there was a couple of people on there though that were just slagging them off cos of what they've read in the NME, which is just sad. have a listen/go to a gig before you make your mind up i say

i cant quite remember the exact wording, but on that channel 4 documentary liam fray said: i just want people to listen to us and then make up their minds and say "yes i like that its good" or "no thats tosh", but they're obviously not educated
