Nice idea Luke, if you fancied bein shot in the process, never been in any other Spoons other than one in Liverpool which was chavy and the Piccadilly one which is rough as f*ck, never want to go in there again. Brannigans isn't that bad, might not get served underaged but they'll let you no problem, quite layed back.

maps.google.co.uk/maps?q=M3 2FN OK, I've re thought things, since no one else gives a shit where anyone meets up, the bar on the map (the moon under water) above is about right, rather than a 5 minute walk it's more like 10 or so, but like Luke said, if anyone younger was gona meet up they wouldn't have trouble in here, think Ellie mentioned it in earlier post actually.

The Branigans in Manchester is one of the most chaviest places in the city. Paramount wetherspoons is always busy before a G-Mex gig. I usually go to Knott Bar next to Deansgate train station before a G-Mex gig. Its a tad expensive but its a decent drinking hole.

Not a touch as bad as Piccadilly Weatherspoons, just the sight of the scum outside of it gives me the creeps, Weatherspoons has a reputation for being chavy, but I went in a nice one in Warrington last night, and there is a nice one in Liverpool, just guess it's dependant on the location  Quite frankly, I couldn't give a shit where I go before hand, I just want a few drinks, couldn't give a f*ck if someone tries to shoot me  |

I try and avoid that one. Its horrid inside. The one in Warrington is alright. Been there quite alot and was in there pre-gig yesterday too. I'm happy with any location. I'm hoping to get in town for 4-5ish. |

Iwas in Spoons Warrington n all Paul, until 7ish, was pretty quiet place though really, without doubt the nicest Wetherspoons I've ever been in.
Anyway, I'm going to head down about 4ish and just text Luke and see where he is, just do it that way.
