john and edward ^^ love it. guess who voted twice for the mighty JEDWARD last night  and lucies ok ant, seen some dodgy pics though. morrisey sounds like a bit of a spoilt brat sometimes to be honest, would you not just carry on? i mean come on. thousands and thousands of people have made the journey to come see him, some probably travelled really far for him to walk off just because one person threw something. |

sean your gonna get another backlash for that. but i do sort of agree with you, unless hes been hurt you should carry on really, if he has been hurt then fair enough, the fans are getting money back though.
but for all the shit we give the likes of busted and one night only, they wouldnt walk off like that at least.

morrissey has every right to walk off stage if hes giving refunds. but if i was there id wana tear him apart. I was there last night, I was furious when it was announced that he wouldn't be returning but the more I thought about it, the more right he probably was. I have every sympathy for him and although a crowd of thousands should not be punished for the actions of one moron, and I think he probably should have completed the gig, I respect his decision and perhaps would have done the same. That kind of behaviour at gigs is bang out of order and the more people like Morrissey walk off and that, the more someone is going to (we hope) think about throwing a pint. Then again, when has relying on somebody to think ever worked? |

well done to the twins again. its not as funny now simon condones it though.
and just to compare ferg though, muse have abandoned a gig twice, once because matt impaled himself on his guitar (lots of blood from his chin) and again because bbc's sound was cutting out or something at a pre-big weekend style thing. what morrissey did strikes me as a little petulant, but not nearly as whoever threw the beer. but its always gonna happen, shouldnt be abandoning an arena show. but if thats what he wanted to do then fair enough, its his gig and his refund to give.
