you won the league by the good grace of some italian no-name and andrei arshavin last year and lets not forget that. Yea i forgot all the other games we played and won meant nothing to the season. as you would do if it were the other way round. ? haha i don't think so. United fans have no need to create a brand new thread celebrating a single victory in a 38 game season. Its the same as the thread started when we lost to Burnley. Was there any need for it? Every so often we are going to lose to a team deemed 'not good enough to beat United'. All this thread does is show a small-team mentality clinging on to a small piece of success because you beat the Champions. What next? A new banner for the Kop saying 'LFC 2 - 0 MUFC : 25/10/09". Liverpool fans should have no need to do this because their trophy history is arguably better than MUFC's. I expect it of the small teams such as Bolton, Wigan, city, etc.

its pretty obvious we're crap this season and have no chance so yeah. i had no confidence in us whatsoever so i wanted to take the opportunity when it arose maybe a bit childish though.

Hope that's sarcasm. But the fact that people are obsessed with any sport makes me cringe. Enjoy sport by all means, I love my darts and speedway, but people take it too seriously and let it get out of hand and it get's into their heads a bit.

Poetry isn't a competative sport and you don't choose sides.
