Good times are calling is a great song, Liams voice was defo off but who gives a shit was class
not a fan of the door bell keyboard effect throughout good times are calling though
parking a juggernaut in your mouth made a comeback in please don't too, brilliant

I liked that, the Standing Here add on bit in middle, not done that in long long time, I always add it when I play it myself, one of my fave roses songs.

i saw the lads at Leeds on friday same set, but tbh they looked completely disinterested, very unlike them. Maybe because it was a half-arsed festival crowd all waiting for prodigy. going mental and bouncing around is what it's all about, but unfortunately it was just one huge crush so i moved back. They seemed to come and go very quickly without anything particularly special, although i personally thought Sycophant was very impressive oh and yeah, first thought when they came on was "sick coat" AND...just heard the lyric "And why you left that place loving my band", standard brilliance

it's just that there wasn't that same interaction between the band and the crowd that you always find at courteeners gigs, which i suppose is only to be expected at a festival where you're performing to people other than your own fans. Ian Brown, The Prodigy, Kaiser Chiefs and Kings of Leon had that great interaction.

very wierd time for courteeners to do a festival, if your looking for disinterested look no further than alex turners crew, it terms of performance it was very "@ the apollo"

yh i was gonna mention arctic monkeys too, they didn't do enough for huge festival headlining performance. Difficult time for them to do it though. They're just starting to go ina different direction, the album had only been out for a few days, and the majority of the crowd had turned up wanting to see the arctic monkeys of 07-08

i got my wallet nicked during cavorting, so it completely spoilt the whole gig and a day of the festival. had no money or owt. someone handed it in at lost property on saturday night though, so obviously someone had robbed me, then took the money and thrown the wallet on the floor. glad i got it back though.
