Oh took me a while to think about my favs....the kept forgetting...so.....

But there is loads the more I listen to teeners and then other stuff the more I love the lyrics and tunes

Chezza, I'm gonna get courteeners lyrics tattood, when I'm 18, I can't find anywhere which does them for 17 year olds. I waqs thinking of getting 'what took you so long' somewhere. I also want 'I'am the resurrection' on my shoulders. I'm trying to find a La's lyric to get, unlike the above, a lyric and not a song title, maybe a full song on my back, looking glass perhaps. I'd love that.

Ant this may seem a little bit pathetic and knobbish but if you have to THINK before getting a lyric tattood on you, then its not the right lyric, you should get something that stands out straight away. If that makes sense?
ive got "Another Number" from the Cribs song, on my foot, and "I Walk The Line" A la Johnny Cash, both spoke volumes to me about my life at the time, wouldnt change them for the world

I know what you mean cal. And fergal, it will hurt 'a little' I suppose, but there isn't a terrible amount of lyrics in looking glass for the length of it, alot of it is music. About the standing out thing cal, that's why I want I'am the Resurrection, it stands out, but I will find a la's lyric, so many I love, but none in particular that relate to me.

Yeah I am going to wait and see if I still want that tatoo in 6 months a year's time - cos it's a big thing - and the pain is nothing I have 3 already! I think 'jealously will destroy us'...think it is appropiate to me as I am always tell my friends not to be so envious of those who appear to have more than them (money cars rich boyf etc) cos matrial things don't make you happy...hence jealously will destroy - no it's not the way fray means but can be interpreted many different ways I reckon!

I know what you mean chezza, I've never had a tattoo but I've been through plenty of more painful things, but the fact that it's a scar for life makes you think about it, don't want to regret it.

Yeah I think it's beta if it means something - lyrics are good in that way cos as well as having a meaning in themselves when you look back on them they'll remind you of a time in your life. All of my tattoos have their own meanings though...

The reason I wanted looking glass was because it's it's about starting again from scratch and trying to find a new way, you know 'turn the pages over, turn the world around.' And I've been trying to do that for the past year since I fucked everything up, maybe if I'm not up for a full song on my back then the best lyric in the song is 'Oh tell me where I'm going, tell me why I'm bound to tear the pages open, turn the world around.' Maybe that. A long way away anyhow, unless I can get someone to do one for me at 17............
