he was on about 11.40, erm he did mostly new ones, and a few covers that people seemed to know. Did fallowfield hillbilly and a few more off the album. and yeah i was put on the guestlisttt

cool sounds like it was a top night, missed out avin a bbq instead, would be interesting to see anythin appear on youtube or whatever but I doubt it, people don't really record things anymore as you can look like a right tool in small venues
did he do three months by any chance, thats mega from what I remember

I was there. Was a good night... very good set. He was suppose to be on at 10:45 according to the sign at the door but the whole night was running late. Just before he got on stage he came up to me and complimented me on my Courteeners t-shirt. He said 'great f**k**g taste in garments'. He asked me if I was on the forum and what my name was on there. I asked if he was playing Starlings and he said he didn't know yet. He actually opened with it. He also gave me and a few others a shoutout before his last song. Good stuff. Quality bloke.
Setlist from what I can remember was:

Sycophant
Fallowfield Hillbilly
New song?

Smiths Disco
Good Times Are Calling
New Song? I think he said Sunflower or something. Couldn't really tell.
Bide Your Time
Last track I think was a cover but I couldn't place the song.
My girlfriend got a few pics and a video of Starlings. Will get them online if anyone is interested.

defo interested in that starlings cover sounds good, wish I'd have gone now but had a bbq in the sunshineeeeeeee and got pissed instead ha
one of the new songs might have been three months, he's played it acoustic before but it were a while ago
