They played most of the new album and nobody really knew the words etc but it didn't matter as the crowd was up for it, I think it may be the same at the GMEX if the courteeners play a few new tracks, here's hoping anyway!
When they played The Jewellers Hand I would have loved to have a pound for every person that went for a piss haha, defo the piss song of the set list
Secret Door was class too, scared the shit out of the missus when the ticker tape exploded out, we were in the block next to the stage haha
When The Sun Goes Down amazed me, could hear the crowd over alex turner, was a brilliant gig

yeah, i was like the only person in the area that knew the words to most of the new ones. although barely anyone went for a piss during it.

they played 8 tracks from the new album at wembey. which i consider a few too many :/ i was quite surprised they chose the jewellers hand over dangerous animals too. did they play some of mardy bum during the encore at the gig you went to?

The piss reference was hypothetical haha, in that often when a band plays a song nobody knows at a gig, people that that don't know it/like it, go for a piss/have a breather if your standing Another example of a 'go for a piss song' is 'to be where theres life' when oasis play Watched live at the apollo before and the difference is astounding, funny how turner decided to change how he plays, much more relaxed now

live at the apollo is gash.
feeling good is the standard muse 'go for a piss song'. especially cus all the casuals love it so the toilets arent busy at all.

Having 2 very fine looking friends who are quite persuasive too helps.
I let the 2 girls do the talkin, and I just stand there looking pretty...
We seem to have made friends with the touts though, seem to realise its us as its the same touts, and they know we drive a hard bargain.
4 of us the other month managed to get an extra person into the marling gig at the other month at the town hall. Only 3 tickets left, though that was the lad behind the desk inside, not touts.
