Just been doing my part of the package, with no burning of CD's or making the sleeves to do I have been making the postcard that will act as a kind of certificate of authenticity. Obviously I will be adding text on the left hand side and the winners will have their details stamped on the right. I've made the postage stamps myself & had the rubber stamp made up for the postmark. The other side is a "welcome to America" picture I found. I haven't decided how to display the badges yet, I think it'll be a clear grip-seal bag with a card insert or something like that. So you better start entering the compo if you want this CD package.... it's gonna be MMMMMMMMMMMMEGA! (cheers cb)  |

D this looks, as we say in EL Lay, DANKKKKK! Fine I'll go roll a spliff or three and see what conjures over me while writing me some poetry. Hopefully it wont be crap like Doherty.

I knew I came in here to say something...I forgot to say I've been told I'll have the prototype CD's/poster after the bank holiday & once I've confirmed them (and pay) they will make the proper ones....
Oh to make my head swell a bit, they said they were impressed with the designs... getting a bit excited now

I have been told today that Techno Visual (the company making the CD) received the master CD's and have made & sent me the prototypes.
All going well I will receive it tomorrow, then you will get to see the final CD's, that's if those postal strikes don't effect the delivery!
Wonder if Ian (fastfuse) has anything to do with the strikes ;D

Finally the prototype's have been delivered... came about 2.30... the postman gets later and later!! All looks pretty smart really, so I paid the invoice and they will be go ahead with the full process now... The CD, poster and badge set will eventually be packaged into the flag outer bag but the one in the picture isn't the final one as I've still yet to complete that bit (it will be finished by the time I have to send to the compo winners). Here's some pictures of the prototypes, this is what they will finally look like:     |

How could I not do something with the promo version ;D Had 5 Card Sleeves and silver Discs made. I will be packaging them in a CD envelope with custom made stamp and then rubber stamped with custom postmark - The envelope will then be stamped with the details of whoever it will be sent too. All that will be sent with an A4 press sheet in another mailer, as I don't think the post office would accept my stamp   |
